Who we are

FLR Industrial Marketing (“FLR”, “we”, “us” or “our”) supplies industrial sealing components and related products in the Philippines. This policy explains how we handle personal information through our website, FLR Operations system and Facebook Messenger integration.

Information we receive

When you contact us through our website or Facebook Page, we may receive the information you choose to provide, including your name, company, email address, telephone number, Messenger identifier, message history, product requirements and files or images you send. Meta may also provide basic Page-scoped profile information, such as your first and last name, so our team can identify and respond to your conversation.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information through an enquiry or Messenger conversation.

How we use information

We use personal information to receive and qualify enquiries, respond to messages, prepare and send quotations, coordinate orders and delivery, provide customer support, prevent spam or misuse, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use Messenger information for unrelated advertising.

Facebook Messenger integration

When you message the FLR Industrial Marketing Facebook Page, Meta sends the message to FLR Operations through a secured webhook. Authorized FLR staff may view the conversation and reply as the FLR Page, including sending a quotation or requested file. The integration uses Meta Platform data only to provide the conversation and enquiry service you requested. Use of information received from Meta is also subject to Meta’s applicable platform terms and policies.

Sharing and service providers

Information is available only to authorized FLR personnel and service providers needed to operate our business systems, hosting, communications and analytics. Our production application is hosted using Microsoft Azure, and Messenger communications are processed through Meta. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a legitimate business reorganization.

Security and retention

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls, secured connections, secret management and activity records. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We retain enquiry and conversation information only as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, operational, accounting, dispute-resolution and legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized where appropriate.

Website analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may record information such as pages viewed, approximate country or region, device category, referral source and engagement. We use this information to understand and improve website performance, not for personalized advertising. You may decline analytics without losing access to the website or enquiry form.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. To request deletion of information received through Messenger or our website, follow our data deletion instructions. We may retain information where required by law or for legitimate legal and business-record purposes.

How to request data deletion

Email sales@flrindustrial.com.ph with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include your name and the email address, telephone number or Facebook Page conversation used to contact FLR. Do not send passwords or sensitive identification documents. We may request limited information to verify that you are connected to the relevant record.

After verification, we will locate the applicable website enquiry, Messenger conversation and related personal information, delete or anonymize it where appropriate, and confirm the action taken. We aim to respond within 30 days. Information required for accounting, contractual, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or other legal obligations may be retained with access restricted.

Children’s privacy

Our industrial products and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes and contact
