How to request deletion
Email sales@flrindustrial.com.ph with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include your name and the email address, telephone number or Facebook Page conversation used to contact FLR. Please do not send passwords or copies of sensitive identification documents.
Verification and processing
We may ask for limited additional information to verify that the requester is connected to the relevant record. After verification, we will locate the applicable website enquiry, Messenger conversation and related personal information, then confirm the action taken. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Information we may retain
Some information may be retained when required for accounting, contractual, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or other legal obligations. Where appropriate, we will restrict or anonymize retained records and explain this in our response.
